: The Dentvers platform allows its customers to exchange products by following the following mechanism


.The exchange is free of charge in the event that a defect in the product is found that did not appear during the receipt and when the customer confirms the package he received

.Please be sure to keep the invoice for the received product attached to the package to facilitate the exchange process

.The replacement request must be submitted within a period not exceeding 24 hours from receiving the package, as this period is sufficient for the customer to check the product he received
